COVID-19 Pandemic Business Continuity Plan

Dear Customers, Stakeholders & Partners,

First and foremost, we hope that this email reaches you healthy and well, especially amid all the challenges we are facing as a nation today.

I want you to know that we maintain our commitment to providing you with the same, or if possible, better quality products and services as we fight through these trying times. For the past 6 years, MaroonStudios has been relentlessly pursuing our mission of providing bespoke Data Accessibility solutions to our customers in the private and public sectors; that mission continues and endures as we closely monitor, adapt and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a response to the recent developments on the pandemic, we’ve implemented our COVID-19 business continuity plan to ensure continued fulfillment of our commitments to our customers. In line with keeping the health and safety of our employees, so we may continue the delivery of our products and services to you, we have made the decision since last Monday (March 9, 2020), to encourage employees who can perform their jobs remotely to work from home. This directive has since been updated last Friday (March 13, 2020) to a full-blown work-from-home (WFH) policy for everyone, including our Finance & Admin departments, so we may continue our operations despite the community quarantine. HR has been on standto make sure that urgent needs WFH workers such as connectivity are provided for. We have also suspended all business travel, domestic or international. This work setup will continue until April 14, 2020, or until the suspension of the quarantine period, whichever comes first.

Because our business is heavily reliant on face-to-face meetings and discussions with both customers and our teams, we would like to urge everyone to kindly allow for an alternative means of meeting through our corporate Google Meet account, or through alternative options such as Viber, WhatsApp, and Skype. We are also reachable through the mobile numbers of our personnel for any urgent matters for discussion or clarification.

We have taken these precautionary measures to contribute to the government’s thrust of limiting the potential spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, while at the same time maintaining our ability to serve you. I and our leadership team remains vigilant and are adapting in real-time as the conditions develop accordingly.

Thank you very much for your understanding, and please stay healthy and safe.

Regards,
James Mendoza
Founder & President
